The Houseboat Trip

Over the summer we rented a houseboat for our family to stay on at Lake Mead. Our style has always been to camp in a nice cove, but this year, we wanted to get a houseboat like the ones we always toured when we were at the gas station getting gas for our boat. We ended up having a few crisises, (because we didn't listen to the advice of others), but realized that in the end, it made the trip fun.

For months Matt and I had been thinking about what we wanted to get you guys for Christmas. We decided that we wanted to give something that you could not give yourself, something that tugged at the heart strings. Immediately we knew that it had to be something related to your family because it is obvious to all who know and love you that you both give your all for your family. Now you can show off your family to the world, (not just the clerk at the grocery store or your clients).
Merry Christmas to the best parents a girl could ask for. You have both helped me to trust the world and always give my best. Your selfless and kind nature have been such a wonderful example in me and Matt's marriage.
